Rugs on Approval, in Your Own Rooms
A rug is decided in the room, not in a showroom. We bring selected pieces to you — with no obligation and no pressure to buy.
Why this makes the difference
Colour behaves differently in every room. What reads warm and calm under gallery lighting can turn cool in the north light of your living room — and the other way round. Then there is scale: whether a format orders a room or shrinks it only becomes clear once the rug is down. That is why rugs on approval are not an add-on service for us but the normal route to a decision meant to last for decades.
How it works

Preselection
In conversation — by phone, by email or in the gallery — we establish the room, the palette, the use and the approximate size. You are welcome to send photographs of the room beforehand.
- 02
We bring the rugs
We deliver the selected pieces and lay them in place. You see immediately how format, colour and texture work with your floor, furniture and light.
- 03
You let them settle
The rugs stay with you until you are certain — in daylight, in the evening, with guests. There is no deadline by which you have to decide.

Decision
What stays, stays. What does not suit, we collect again — at no cost and without discussion. If none of the pieces convinces you, we make a new selection.

- Rugs on approval are free of charge, including delivery and collection.
- Obligation
- None. A trial commits you to nothing.
- Number of pieces
- We usually bring several pieces so you can compare them in the room itself.
- Area covered
- We deliver throughout Switzerland. For addresses further afield we agree the appointment in advance.
- Bespoke commissions
- For bespoke pieces we bring yarn and colour samples along with comparable qualities to see in the room.
- Duration
- As long as you need. We set no deadline.
For planners and contract projects
For contract projects we sample directly on site or deliver large-format samples to your office. Talk to us about the project process.
